Known primarily for her hauntingly beautiful compositions, key figure of the underground house music scene, acclaimed artist as well as a renowned activist, Terre Thaemlitz is a tireless sound experimenter whose works never cease to question music genres, fiercely addressing their political substance and taking them into unexplored territories. Her DJ Sprinkles persona will honor one of Tokyo’s finest sound systems by performing a special 5-hour long set at FORESTLIMIT, arguably the most cutting-edge and unpredictable venue in town.
Resident DJ and long-time figure of the multifaceted Japanese DJ bar scene, Akira Koida will serve as a support act to complete a rare night that is expected to push far beyond the boundaries of house music.
